  • Dynamic Home Therapy is a niche practice providing neuro-based physical, occupational, or speech therapy either at home or in our NeuroFit Clinic. DHT is a locally-owned, therapist-owned, private business, and therefore you can expect exceptional customer service. Unlike most other rehab clinics, Dynamic is unique in that we provide specialty neuro-based treatments both at home and in the clinical setting.

  • To better meet the therapy and wellness needs of our clients, we opened our outpatient clinic, Dynamic NeuroFit, on the MainLine. It provides a welcoming atmosphere for outpatient rehab, 1:1 treatments, and group fitness, prevention, and wellness programs for the local community.

  • Yes. We need a prescription for PT, OT, or ST to start your therapy. Our office does all of the behind the scene work for your convenience to request the prescription.

  • No! We are a unique, outpatient at home therapy provider, meaning that DHT bills Medicare part B, which does not require homebound status. This allows us to work on the areas that are most important for you at home, regardless of your employment status or ability to leave the home. We can also come to wherever you can home, including assisted living facilities.

  • No, many qualify for Medicare part B services.. One of our office coordinators or clinical specialists can help discuss your specific needs and determine your best options with Dynamic.   • DHT is a specialty rehab practice that offers the unique and convenient concierge service of in-home or community based treatment options. We problem solve real life situations in your home to achieve your goals, while working on home safety, community re-entry, and equipment needs, including ordering when needed.

    We work with a large network of other in-home services to provide holistic care, including non-medical companion care, in-home primary care groups, life care managers, podiatrists, counselors, and more.

  • We can go wherever you want to work! This includes our NeuroFIT facility, your home, the park, your workplace, your local gym or pool...the possibilities are endless! Reach out to learn more!

  • We cover the Philadelphia suburban area - most of Delaware, Montgomery, and Chester county and select parts of Bucks county. Just reach out to see if we come to your area as our service area continues to grow!

    Please keep in mind our therapists reserve the right to deny service if the home is deemed unsafe for the therapist.

  • Yes. We are in network with Medicare B and do accept other commercial insurances as out of network providers. Our billing specialist will verify any out-of-network plans for coverage of our specialized services, and offer different payment options for your convenience. We are not in network with any Medicaid plans.

  • Our billing specialist will verify all copay information prior to services to ensure there aren’t any surprise fees. If you have Medicare part B as your primary insurance, most secondary plans will cover the other 20% not covered by Medicare. If you do not have a secondary policy, then there is a 20% patient responsibility.

  • Wellness is not covered under medical insurance. Depending on your plan, some 1:1 in home wellness sessions may be reimbursable by your long term care policy. Your clinician can help guide you.

  • Dynamic Home Therapy and NeuroFit provide 1:1 rehabilitation, wellness and group programs primarily for people with neurological diagnoses. However, we also service those with orthopedic conditions such as chronic pain, pre or post-surgery therapy, or arthritis. For our neurological and geriatric patients, we provide balance and fall prevention, pain and condition management, strength and endurance training, and speech therapy.

  • Coming to the NeuroFit Clinic is a personal preference. Just like our home visits, you will receive one-on-one attention in our clinic. Added benefits include the ability to get out of the house, gain access to an array of equipment, and to socialize with local community members.

  • • Treatment sessions are not missed due to scheduling issues, so there is improved compliance with the exercise program.

    • Improved compliance with therapy has shown patients get better results.

    • You and your therapist will tackle "real" environment problems of the home, not simulated situations in a clinic.

    • We can identify risks to strain or injury in your home office or work.

    •  Home visits eliminate the risk of traveling, especially after surgery when you are on prescribed pain medications, or if you are suffering from dizziness or other medical issues.

    • You may be fearful or anxious about leaving your home for reasons you wish not to explain.

    • You don't have to coordinate with caregivers to take you to an outpatient clinic.

    • You may not have access to reliable or affordable transportation.

    • Coordinating the care of your children or dependent while you attend therapy can be time-consuming and expensive.

    • Your home is familiar to you, and being treated there is easier for those who get confused in new situations.

  • Absolutely! Our fitness and wellness program is open to all adults, regardless of medical history. Our staff will complete an initial intake to determine if there are rehabilitation goals prior to starting a wellness program.
